We are happy to announce our new rent and utility billing system. Starting October 1, you will receive an invoice from NWP detailing the rent and utilities due for the month. They will be mailed by NWP so residents will receive them by the first of every month. The invoice will provide great detail and phone numbers for you to call if you have any questions. Please be sure your household knows to expect this invoice and does not throw it away thinking it is an advertisement. We would hate for you to receive an ugly late notice because you did not see this new bill. Please reserve any questions until you receive this first bill.
Don't forget you can now pay your rent on-line or over the phone! Its fast & reliable. Pay ACH/Check online, Visa, Discover, MasterCard credit or debit. Or make a cash payment via Western Union.
